How I Help
Botanical Medicine
I consider the latest research on herbal compounds along with historic use of individual plants and formulas. I utilize individualized formulas, tinctures, powders, capsules, teas and my favorite, using herbs as food!

Counseling
Sometimes you just need to talk, and I'm here for that too.
Diet & Nutrient Therapy
An optimal diet is the base of any effective treatment plan. I review your current diet and test for nutrient deficiencies when indicated. Together, we find the best diet for your optimal health.

Prescription/Pharmaceutical Management
I am well versed in prescription medications and utilize these as needed. There are a few low-dose medications that I use more often than others.
Lifestyle Optimization
How you spend your time matters! I will complete a comprehensive review of your sleep, daily movement, time outside, screen time, relationships, and more to better understand your lifestyle. We will work together to align your lifestyle with your health goals.
Hormone Replacement Therapy
There are many tools that help to regulate hormones including botanicals, diet and supplements. When these therapies are ineffective I utilize bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
What Care With Me Looks Like
First Visit
I will take a thorough health history and discuss your health concerns in depth, which will be followed by a physical exam. For most patients we will run some labs to gather more information so we can start to put together a plan.

Second Visit
Having reviewed test results and integrated what I’ve learned about you so far, we work together to craft a treatment plan that will work for you. Your care plan may include botanical/herbal medicine, nutriceuticals, dietary and lifestyle strategies, medications (if necessary), and a follow-up schedule to make sure you get better.

Subsequent Visits
I often follow up with patients within one or two months to see how you are doing, to rerun essential tests, and to modify our plan as things come up. After that, it all depends on you - how you’re doing, what’s working, and what else I can do do help.
